Frequently Asked Questions Frequently Asked Questions

Customer service:

Can I change my order once I've submitted an order form?

We plan on printing the generic calendars iy”h in early July. Up until then, you can order additional calendars. Other changes can be made even later (such as amount of pages inserted, etc.)

What if I am late with submitting my files?

If you miss your intended submitting deadline, your calendars will still be printed. In most cases, you can expect your calendars to be printed within three to four weeks of your submitting it for print. However, we will not guarantee specific delivery dates beyond the mentioned dates here

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for payment and PayPal. We may use your credit card to pay for our graphic designers, printers, etc.

Is ordering restricted to Chabad-Lubavitch Shluchim only?

While our calendars were created by and for Shluchim and are therefore geared primarily toward Shluchim, we do print for non-Chabad institutions, provided that this project - as well as their work in general - does not interfere with the work of the local shliach.

If you are a shliach but you are not Merkos recognized, we require a letter from your regional shliach endorsing this project.

Selling ads:

What sizes ads should I sell on the ad strip (top pages)?

Standard size calendar:

The ad strip is 2.5” high by 11.5” wide. After figuring a little “breathing” room for margins, you can sell three sizes:

  • Business card size ad (3 per month): approximately 3.25” x 2”. (You can also make them somewhat smaller and still fit four business cards per month of 2.6” width by 2” high.)
  • Half-Banner: 5” x 2”
  • Full-Banner: 11” x 2

Premium size calendar:

  • Business card size ad (4 per month): approximately 3.25” x 2.5. (You can also make them somewhat smaller and fit five business cards per month of 2.6” width by 2.5” high.)
  • Half-Banner: 6” x 2.5”
  • Full-Banner: 12.5” x 2.5

Preparing the calendar:

Can I use your graphic designer to personalize my calendar for me?

We offer graphic design, click here for details.

How do I personalize the calendar myself?

If you want to do the personalization yourself, you will be able to download a zip file (after signing up for the calendar) which includes very detailed instructions, with screen shots etc., to prepare the calendar yourself. Generally, only if you are somewhat experienced with layout programs, is it worth you attempting to do this yourself. (Perhaps someone in your community will be glad to help you.) If you are prepared to tough it out (and you have about two days to do it) we have made it relatively simple for you to do that.
